Come join us for our monthly astronomy program at Owens Station.  Volunteers will point out the constellations and show you deep sky objects such as double stars and star clusters.  You are welcome to bring your own telescope and volunteers will assist you in finding deep sky objects.

Before it gets dark to observe, there will be a program inside the classroom about astrophotography.  You will see how cameras and telescopes can be used to bring out details of faint nebulae and galaxies that can’t easily be seen through a telescope with your eye.

In case of rain or heavy cloud cover, the event will be held Saturday, June 8th.
