The refuge attracts a variety of raptors and many find a safe haven here during the winter months. The program begins with an intro to the hawks and owls with live birds from the Avian Wildlife Center. The second part will take place at Liberty Loop Trail on Oil City Road to view the raptors hunting the marsh. Dress warmly; bring binoculars or borrow a pair from the refuge. Donation suggested; free admission for Friends members.
